Sleep, eat, exercise and work/school work routine.
Here are some basic rules and guidelines on how to set your own schedule for yourself and your little ones and slightly bigger ones.
- Sleep. Set a consistent sleep schedule.
- Shower Do the same routine you would normally do for school/work.
- Clothes. Change your clothes everyday and take care of yourself. People that have no self-care tend to fall into a rut, physically and emotionally.
- Space. Do things for yourself, feed your soul.
